I'm now at 255. I'm stoked. I've been sitting here working this morning. Yeah, I'm a little hungry and I'm going to go eat, but I wanted to put this in quickly but I keep on getting side tracked.
I stepped on that scale thinking that I might have eaten too much yesterday and I ended up losing 3 pounds. I hope it keeps going down and I can maintain the willpower. I know it always won't be a jump like that, but it does feel good.
